З огляду на надану Міноборони інформацію суб’єктами господарювання проведено інвентаризації та оцінки об’єктів інтелектуальної власності суб’єктів господарювання. Водночас з позиції Міноборони "визначити перелік підприємств, які входять в оборонно-промисловий комплекс, неможливо у зв’язку із відсутністю правового визначення критеріїв за якими ідентифікувати підприємство, як підприємство, що входить в оборонно-промисловий комплекс".
