In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Моніторинг заходу 2.6.1.4.2 (1) Програми за IV квартал 2025 року.
1. На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.6.1.4.2 (1) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством оборони України повідомлено, що на виконання заходу 2.6.1.4.2 (1) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, затвердженої постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.03.2023 № 220, проведено інвентаризацію об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності (далі – ОПІВ) в системі Міністерства оборони України.
За результатами проведеної роботи виявлено 315 ОПІВ, з яких:
74 об’єктів авторського права (комп’ютерні програми),
214 корисних моделей,
27 торговельних марок
на загальну суму 457 493 732,20 гривень.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «100 відсотків об’єктів інтелектуальної власності суб’єктів господарювання оборонно-промислового комплексу та суб’єктів господарювання, що належать до сфери управління Міноборони, оцінено».
3. Строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.07.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.03.2025 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на вищевказане, а також джерело інформації, надане головним виконавцем, за результатами моніторингу за IV квартал 2025 року констатуємо, що захід виконано повністю, але невчасно.
