За інформацією Міноборони: "1. Проєктом постанови КМУ про внесення змін до постанови від 04.03.2023 № 220, що розроблена НАЗК та погоджена Міноборони, передбачається, що виконання цього завдання буде покладено на Міністратегпром. 2.Розпорядженням КМУ від 09.12.2024 № 133-р підпунктом 5, пункту 64 передбачено, що розроблення та подання на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України проєкту акта про затвердження політики управління інтелектуальною власністю в оборонно-промисловому комплексі покладено на Мінстратегпром".
З огляду на надану інформацію розробка політики управління інтелектуальною власністю в оборонно-промисловому комплексі не здійснювалась, отже захід є невиконаним.
