In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. За інформацією Міністерства оборони України: "15 грудня 2025 р. Міністерством оборони України було надіслано на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України проєкт розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України "Про затвердження політики управління інтелектуальною власністю в оборонно-промисловому комплексі України". Проєкт погоджено з заінтересованими державними органами, щодо проекту Міністерством юстиції України проведено правову експертизу".
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України прийнято».
3. Строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.03.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.12.2024 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на вищевказане, за результатами моніторингу за IV квартал 2025 року констатуємо, що захід виконано невчасно і частково.
