In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.1.4.3 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством оборони України повідомлено, що:
1) 10 квітня 2026 року на засіданні Кабінету Міністрів України прийнято розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України "Про затвердження політики управління інтелектуальною власністю в оборонно-промисловому комплексі України";
2) посилання на нормативно-правовий акт - https://surl.li/bjzzdr;
3) таким чином, захід 2.6.1.4.3. додатку до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки Міністерством оборони виконано повністю.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України прийнято».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.03.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.12.2024 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 3, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.1.4.3 Програми присвоєно статус «захід виконано невчасно та повністю».
