2.6.4.2.5.
Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law providing for:
1) making amendments to art. 12 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On social and legal protection of military personnel and their family members’ to identify the following:
provision of housing to military personnel;
provision of monetary compensation for due housing;
implementation of other mechanisms to satisfy the military personnel needs;
2) non-application of provisions of the Housing Code of Ukraine towards mechanisms of provision of housing to the military personnel.
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.4.2. A new mechanism was introduced to meet the housing needs of servicemen: state mortgage and leasing programs are used; monetary compensation is applied; housing is built with the involvement of external credit funds; a list of unfinished construction projects that have been reconstructed for housing needs has been determined; the Housing Code of Ukraine has been repealed

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За повідомленням Міноборони: "Розпочато розроблення проєкту змін до ст. 12 Закону України “Про соціальний і правовий захист військовослужбовців та членів їх сімей”, направлено лист до інших складових сил оборони щодо надання відповідних пропозицій".
З огляду на надану інформацію, виконання заходу розпочато вчасно.
