Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law providing for:
1) a dedicated law that would regulate the allocation of housing to military personnel;
2) the revocation of the Housing Code of Ukraine;
3) alignment of civil legislation and other sector-specific legislation due to the revocation of the Housing Code of Ukraine.
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.4.2. A new mechanisms has been put in place for satisfying the housing needs of military personnel: state mortgage and leasing programs are used; monetary reimbursement is used; housing is built using external borrowings; the list of construction projects in progress retrofitting for housing needs has been compiled. The Housing Code of the Ukrainian SSR is no longer effective

За інформацією Міноборони: "Завдання щодо опрацювання питання втрати чинності Житлового кодексу України перебуває поза межами компетенції Міноборони. Водночас, відповідно до Указу Президента України від 08.11.2019 № 837/2019 “Про невідкладні заходи з проведення реформ та зміцнення держави”, Кабінету Міністрів України визначено завдання з розробки та внесення на розгляд Верховної Ради України проекту Житлового кодексу України. На підставі доручення Прем’єр-міністра України від 09.06.2023 № 12480/77/1-22 Міністерство розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури розробило проект Закону України “Про основні засади житлової політики”, яким передбачено втрата чинності Житлового кодексу України".
Водночас, НАЗК розроблено проект постанови КМУ щодо внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023 - 2025 роки, який наразі перебуває на стадії погодження та передбачатиме зміни в частині змісту виконання цього заходу.
