Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 4, 2019, No. 1137 Matters of the Unified State Web Portal for Electronic Services and the Register of Administrative Services.

Measure 2.2.3.5.1 was intended to create a legal basis for the integration of the taxpayer workspace into the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services.
At the same time, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine in its conclusion of digital expert examination to the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025 of February 13, 2024 notes that the matter of providing electronic public services through the Diia Portal has already been settled.
The Diia Portal already provides such electronic public services as the declaration of a single tax payer (the possibility of filing a tax declaration of a single tax payer - an individual entrepreneur); eDeclaration (filing a declaration on conducting business during martial law).
Therefore, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine believes that amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 4, 2019 No. 1137 named Issues of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services and the Register of Administrative Services, as provided for in subclause 2.2.3.5.1 of the Measures of the Program, are not necessary.
Due to this, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine proposes to exclude measure 2.2.3.5.1. Decision on submitting the proposal to the Government to exclude this measure from the Programme will be made based on the results of the harmonisation procedures.
