Міністерство розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури України не було надано інформації щодо розроблення та подання Кабінетові Міністрів України проекту закону, який передбачає виключення розділу VI Закону України “Про пріоритетність соціального розвитку села та агропромислового комплексу в народному господарстві” щодо наукового і кадрового забезпечення. З огляду на те, що строк виконання заходу зійшов, у рамках щоквартального моніторингу за I квартал поточного року (січень-березень 2024 року) вимушені констатувати, що захід не було виконано.
Водночас, Міністерство розвитку громад, територій та інфраструктури України листом від 10 серпня 2023 року №7170/35/14-23 звернулось до Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції з проханням внесення змін до ДАП щодо зміни виконавця заходу 2.7.6.1.3.
