In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За інформацією, наданою Міністерством розвитку громад та територій України за IІІ та ІV квартал 2025 року як звітні періоди:
"Запроваджено сервіс валідації проектів містобудівної документації на місцевому рівні засобами Містобудівного кадастру на державному рівні (МБКД). Сервіс публічного обговорення проектів містобудівної документації передбачається реалізувати в рамках модернізації геоінформаційної системи МБКД (наразі здійснюється підготовка технічних вимог відповідно до оновленого законодавства). Разом з тим, в період військового стану діють обмеження щодо функціонування такого сервісу".
Показником виконання заходу 2.5.1.1.2 передбачено: "Містобудівний кадастр на державному рівні містить розділ для публічного обговорення проектів містобудівної документації".
Таким чином, з огляду на надану Головним виконавцем інформацію, а також завершення строків виконання, захід 2.5.1.1.2 є таким, що виконаний вчасно, але частково.
