2.5.1.1.5. Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law that proposes amendments to select laws of Ukraine on ensuring the operation of the Unified State Electronic System in Construction, which provides for the possibility of providing in electronic form only those administrative services for which laws of Ukraine define the procedure for providing the service, the list of documents needed to receive the service, the grounds for rejecting the application, returning the application for revision, and approving the application (providing the service)

Відповідно до інформації Мінінфраструктури, наданої в межах моніторингу виконання цього заходу у 2 кварталі 2023 року, впродовж квітня - червня 2023 року здійснювався аналіз законодавства з цього питання.
Відповідно до інформації Мінінфраструктури, наданої в межах моніторингу виконання цього заходу у 3 та 4 кварталах 2023 року: "після підписання Закону України від 13.12.2022 № 2851-IX «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо реформування сфери містобудівної діяльності», який 19.12.2022 передано на підпис Президенту України".
З огляду на те, що станом на 31 березня 2024 року Мінінфраструктури не надано інформації про початок та/або подальші етапи розробки і подання Кабінету Міністрів України проекту закону, передбаченого заходом 2.5.1.1.5., прогрес у виконанні заходу відсутній.
