2.5.1.1.6.
Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law that proposes amendments to select laws of Ukraine and provides for:
1) entry of information into the Register of Development Operations by the administrator of the administrative services center upon receipt of hardcopy documents from the client;
2) improvement of the mechanism by which the state architectural and construction oversight agency implements the decision of the central executive authority tasked with implementing public policy on state architectural and construction oversight to grant a complaint and order a repeated consideration of the matter

За інформацією, наданою Мінінфраструктури за звітній період: «Після підписання Закону України від 13.12.2022 № 2851-IX «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо реформування сфери містобудівної діяльності», який 19.12.2022 передано на підпис Президенту України".
Водночас, вимогами Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки щодо змісту, способу та строків виконання цього заходу не передбачено такої умови як розроблення та подання Кабінету Міністрів України проекту закону, зазначеного у підпункті 2.5.1.1.6., після підписання Закону України від 13.12.2022 № 2851-IX (реєстр. номер 5655 від 11.06.2021). Розробка законопроекту, передбаченого цим заходом, має розпочатися через один місяць з дня набрання чинності законом, зазначеним у підпункті 2.5.1.1.5.
З огляду на те, що Мінінфраструктури за звітній період не надано інформації про початок та/або подальші етапи розробки і подання Кабінету Міністрів України проекту закону, передбаченого заходом 2.5.1.1.5., як і не надано інформації про початок та/або подальші етапи розробки і подання Кабінету Міністрів України проекту закону, передбаченого цим заходом 2.5.1.1.6. (безвідносно до факту набрання чинності законом, зазначеним у підпункті 2.5.1.1.5.), захід залишається нерозпочатим.
