2.5.2.2. Historical and architectural reference plans with boundaries and conditions of use of cultural heritage protection zones and historic areas, as well as the mapping of such boundaries, have been developed and adopted

За інформацією МКІП: "МКІП сформоване технічне завдання для створення технічної можливості оприлюднення історико-архітектурних опорних планів у складі інформаційної-комунікаційної системи обліку нерухомих об'єктів культурної спадщини України «Державний реєстр нерухомих пам’яток України». Оприлюднення всіх затверджених історико-архітектурних опорних планів в електронному реєстрі об’єктів культурної спадщини відбудеться після введення системи в експлуатацію після 30.03.2024 року".
Оскільки у звітному періоді електронний реєстр об’єктів культурної спадщини не було введено в експлуатацію та, відповідно, не було оприлюднено всі затверджені історико-архітектурні опорні плани у цьому реєстрі, захід є невиконаним.
