За інформацією Мініфраструктури станом на 31.12.2023 р. проекти законів на погодження не надходили. Водночас головним виконавцем не було надано інформації щодо проведення моніторингу відповідних проектів законів у ініціативному порядку.
За інформацією Мінінфраструктури протягом січня - березня 2024 року здійснювався моніторинг проектів законів, які передбачають внесення змін до Закону України “Про надання будівельної продукції на ринку” щодо скасування або звуження сфери застосування обов’язкового декларування показників продукції ведеться, проекти законів - відсутні.
Таким чином, наявний прогрес у виконанні заходу.
