2.5.3.5. The problem of massive counterfeiting of construction materials has been solved by implementing the provisions of EU Regulation No. 305/2011 establishing harmonized conditions for the placing on the market of construction products

За інформацією, отриманою від Міністерства розвитку громад та територій України у І кварталі 2026 року, зауваження та пропозиції, позиції щодо непідтримання проектів законів, зазначених у підпункті 2.5.3.5.2 на розгляд не надходили.
З огляду на зазначене, у межах моніторингу стану виконання заходів Програми за І квартал 2026 року вимушені констатувати, що виконання заходу не розпочато.
