За інформацією Мінінфраструктури підготовка пропозицій щодо доцільності застосування Президентом України права вето щодо прийнятих Верховною Радою України законів, зазначених у підпункті 2.5.3.5.2 не проводилась так як відсутні закони, зазначені у підпункті 2.5.3.5.2 щодо яких доцільно застосовувати право вето.
