За інформацією Мінінфраструктури: "Виконується. Здійснюється попередній аналіз нормативно-правових актів у сфері регулювання". Водночас, змістом зазначеного заходу передбачено супроводження прийняття проекту Закону України “Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо врегулювання окремих питань приєднання до інженерних мереж” (реєстраційний номер 5183 від 2 березня 2021 р.).
Відповідно до даних Офіційного порталу Верховної Ради України станом на 5 лютого 2024 року відповідний проект закону перебував на опрацюванні в комітеті ще з 19.10.2021, тобто більше 2 років, після чого 6 лютого 2024 року був взагалі знятий з розгляду.
З огляду на те, що Мінінфраструктури не надано інформацію щодо вжиття дії для супроводження прийняття відповідного проекту закону, виконання заходу не розпочато.
