2.5.4.3.3. Arranging the development of software for the system of electronic interaction among land management entities during development, review, and approval of land management documentation, state registration of land plots and other items of the State Land Cadaster
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.5.4.3. Software used to form land plots has been put into operation, and it has been mandated that land management documentation and technical documentation for land appraisal shall be developed exclusively in electronic form (without the development of hardcopy documentation)

2.5.4. The procedure by which land plots are formed is overcomplicated and involves an excessive amount of discretion

За інформацією Міністерства аграрної політики та продовольства України: "Мінагрополітики розглянуло проект постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023 – 2025 роки» та надало зауваження до нього, зокрема і до строків виконання заходу".
Разом з тим, виконання зазначеного заходу не розпочиналось.
Водночас, НАЗК розроблено проект постанови КМУ щодо внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023 - 2025 роки, який, наразі перебуває на стадії погодження та передбачатиме зміни в частині стоків виконання цього заходу.
