Arranging an analytical study with a focus on:
1) determining the actual informational, analytical, and other needs of clients in the sector of information technology development;
2) the issue of the need for a tool for preparing and conducting public procurement in the sector of information technology development, and the functionality of this tool;
3) the issue of declaring legal transactions to be null and void if they have been carried out without using the aforementioned tool.

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.1.1. An official tool for preparing and conducting public procurement in the sector of information technology development has been developed and put into commercial operation, which provides for visualization of procurement, availability of electronic communication networks, and automation of anticipated cost calculations

Під час інформування за ІV квартал 2023 року Мінцифри повідомляло, що ним розглядається питання щодо визначення джерел фінансування, зокрема, щодо залучення МТД та підготовлено проект відповідного технічного завдання.
В рамках інформування про стан виконання заходу за І квартал 2024 р. Мінцифри додаткових відомостей не надано, з огляду на що захід не може вважатися таким, прогрес виконання якого наявний або таким, що виконаний.
