1) automation of calculations of expected costs of goods, works, or services;
2) visualization of procurement statistics;
3) other functionality, related to users’ needs according to the results of the expert discussion, indicated in subclause 2.2.1.1.1

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.1.1. An official tool for preparing and conducting public procurement in the sector of information technology development has been developed and put into commercial operation, which provides for visualization of procurement, availability of electronic communication networks, and automation of anticipated cost calculations

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

Зі змісту заходу 2.2.1.1.5 вбачається, що його виконання взаємоповʼязане із виконанням заходів 2.2.1.1.1 та 2.2.1.1.2 та є необхідним лише у разі підтвердження потреби впровадження інструменту/інструментів, зазначених у заході 2.2.1.1.1, за результатами експертного обговорення, передбаченого у заході 2.2.1.1.2.
Отже, доцільність потреби виконання заходу 2.2.1.1.5 визначається результатами проведення аналітичного досілдження (захід 2.2.1.1.1) та результатами його експертного обговорення (захід 2.2.1.1.2).
За результатами виконання заходів 2.2.1.1.1 та 2.2.1.1.2 не підтверджено потреби впровадження інструменту підготовки публічних закупівель у сфері інформатизації та/або інструменту проведення публічних закупівель у сфері інформатизації.
З огляду на наведене, вбачається, що захід 2.2.1.1.5 є таким, що фактично виконаний.
