An official tool for preparing and conducting public procurement in the sector of information technology development has been developed and put into commercial operation, which provides for visualization of procurement, availability of electronic communication networks, and automation of anticipated cost calculations

As a result of the monitoring of the implementation of the measure, the following was found.
1. At its meeting on April 17, 2024 (Minutes No. 120), the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Digital Transformation considered and discussed the information of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on the status of implementation of tasks according to the plan for organizing the drafting of acts and other tasks necessary to ensure the implementation of the Law of Ukraine No. 2807-IX On the National Information Technology Development Program dated December 1, 2022 (hereinafter - Law No. 2807-IX) and notes the following.
The State Statistics Service of Ukraine has reported that its own regulations have been aligned with Law No. 2807-IX and that it has no proposals for draft acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine necessary to implement Law No. 2807-IX.
Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Ministry for Strategic Industries of Ukraine, Commission for Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries, The State Emergency Service of Ukraine, State Labor Service of Ukraine, State Migration Service of Ukraine, National Commission on State Language Standards, State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadaster, State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, State Audit Service of Ukraine, State Agency of Ukraine for Arts and Art Education and State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine, State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, State Tax Service of Ukraine informed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine that there are no proposals to align their normative legal acts with the Law No. 2807-IX and that there is no need to develop new normative legal acts to implement this Law.
2. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 2, 2024 No. 119 named Some Issues of the National Information Technology Development Program was adopted, which approved:
Regulations on the Formation and Implementation of the National Information Technology Development Program;
Procedure for Conducting an Expert Review of the National Information Technology Development Program and its Components;
Procedure for the Formation and Implementation of Sectoral Program, Project, and Works on Information Technology Development;
Procedure for the Formation and Implementation of a Regional Program, Project, or Work on Information Technology Development;
Procedure for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the National Information Technology Development Program and its Components.
