Проєкт Закону про основні засади державного нагляду (контролю) (реєстраційний номер 5837 від 5 серпня 2021 р.) 8 жовтня 2024 прийнято Верховною Радою України у першому читанні за основу.
Наразі здійснюється підготовка цього проєкту до другого читання. Мінекономіки здійснює супроводження його розгляду у комітетах Верховні Ради України.
