Мінекономіки розробило проект постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Методики оцінки ефективності державного нагляду (контролю)», який наразі проходить регламентні процедури. Так, за повідомленням Мінекономіки, вказаний проект акта направлено до Мін’юсту (лист від 14.03 2024 № 3632-06/19474-03).
