Following the introduction of relevant amendments to the legislation, the publication of financial statements, information on the risk levels of taxpayers in accordance with the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, license registers, and other key data sets, the publication of which has a significant anticorruption effect (in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on access to public information and personal data protection), has been ensured in the open data format

Проєкт постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про внесення змін до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 21 жовтня 2015 р. № 835 і від 30 листопада 2016 року №867» (далі - проєкт акта), яким, серед іншого, планується вдосконалити механізм оприлюднення публічної інформації у формі відкритих даних на період дії воєнного стану, отримав висновки від Міністерства юстиції України та Національного агентства України з питань запобігання корупції (далі - Національне агентство) щодо проведення правової та антикорупційної експертизи відповідно.
В результаті опрацювання Мінцифри зауважень та пропозицій, результатів правової та антикорупційної експертиз, а також проведення робочих нарад та консультацій із заінтересованими органами, Мін'юстом та Національним агентством, проєкт акта зазнав суттєвих змін.
Враховуючи об'єми проєкту акта, а також те, що проєкт акта зазнав суттєвих змін, зокрема оптимізаційного характеру, листом Мінцифри від 20.12.2024 р. № 1/04-1-20974 його було повторно направлено для розгляду і погодження заінтересованим органам в десятиденний строк.
Крім того, проєкт акта було розміщено на сайті Мінцифри для проходження громадського обговорення.
Після опрацювання зауважень та пропозицій, отриманих від заінтересованих органів, проєкт буде направлено до Мін'юсту та Національного агентства для проведення правової та антикорупційної експертизи відповідно.
