2.2.2.3. Following the introduction of relevant amendments to the legislation, the publication of financial statements, information on the risk levels of taxpayers in accordance with the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, license registers, and other key data sets, the publication of which has a significant anticorruption effect (in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on access to public information and personal data protection), has been ensured in the open data format

Станом на 1 квартал 2024 року проект постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про внесення змін до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 21 жовтня 2015 р №835 та від 30 листопада 2016 року №867", (далі - проект постанови) яким, серед іншого, планується вдосконалити механізм оприлюднення публічної інформації у формі відкритих даних на період дії воєнного стану, отримав висновки щодо проведення правової експертизи від Міністерства юстиції України та антикорупційної експертизи Національним агентством України з питань запобігання корупції.
Після проведення узгоджувальних нарад із зацікавленими сторонами проект постанови буде надіслано Кабінету Міністрів України на розгляд.
Як попередньо інформувало Мінцифри, вчасному виконанню заходу заважали такі фактори:
1. Необхідність проведення аналізу кожного з 988 унікальних наборів даних з переліку, затвердженого додатком до Положення про набори даних, які підлягають оприлюдненню у формі відкритих даних, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 21 жовтня 2015 року №835, на наявність в них інформації, оприлюднення якої в умовах дії воєнного стану на всій території України може завдати істотної шкоди інтересам національної безпеки та оборони України.
2. Відсутність в нормативно-правових актах вищої юридичної сили (Закон України «Про доступ до публічної інформації») юридичного механізму обмеження доступу до публічної інформації у формі відкритих даних , в тому числі тієї, яка була раніше оприлюднена.
