Following the introduction of relevant amendments to the legislation, the publication of financial statements, information on the risk levels of taxpayers in accordance with the Unified Register of Tax Invoices, license registers, and other key data sets, the publication of which has a significant anticorruption effect (in compliance with the requirements of the legislation on access to public information and personal data protection), has been ensured in the open data format

Відповідно до Положення про інформаційну систему моніторингу реалізації державної антикорупційної політики, затвердженого наказом НАЗК від 28 червня 2023 року № 134/23, строки подання інформації про стан виконання заходів ДАП від головного виконавця заходу до Національного агентства за кожний звітний період - з 1 до 15 числа включно наступного місяця за звітним періодом. Впродовж періоду інформування за ІІ квартал 2025 року Національне агентство з питань запобігання корупції не отримало нової інформації від Міністерства захисту довкілля та природних ресурсів України щодо прогресу виконання цього заходу.

З огляду на інформацію, надану головним виконавцем в минулих періодах та інформацію, що наявна в публічному доступі, зазначаємо про таке.

Доступ до оприлюднених відкритих даних здійснюється через офіційний вебсайт Міндовкілля та Єдиний державний портал відкритих даних.
