2.2.2.4. An information and analytical system for management of natural resources management has been introduced, which provides open access to up-to-date information on natural resources, contains the functionality of electronic services, electronic reporting, traceability, environmental monitoring and inspection, as well as an open software interface for creating analytical and visual (geoinformation) software based on the data of this information and analytical system (without the right to modify such data)

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources provided information on the latest acts of the Government of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which are the normative basis for the implementation of the measure:
"1. By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 4, 2022 No. 1249, the implementation of an experimental project on obtaining a certificate on determining the values of background concentrations of pollutants in the air by the calculation method in electronic form has begun.
2. By Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 5, 2022 No. 891, the implementation of an experimental project regarding the state registration (removal from the register and correction of information about the object) of objects that have or may have a harmful effect on human health and status of the atmospheric air, types and volumes of pollutants emitted into the atmospheric air, in electronic form.
3. The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 2, 2023 No. 430 approved the Procedure for Maintaining the Unified Register of Strategic Environmental Assessment. The register is a functional module of the Unified environmental platform "EkoSystem" designed for official publication of documentation on the strategic environmental assessment, providing information to the entities of the strategic environmental assessment and other stakeholders about the progress and results of the implementation of the strategic environmental assessment.
4. The Law of Ukraine On Waste Management created and introduced a waste information system, which, in particular, includes a subsystem for providing administrative services in electronic form, such as: waste treatment permit, opinion on cross-border transportation of waste, waste management license (cancellation, narrowing, stopping, expanding)."
