2.2.3.2.2. Putting into operation the Regulatory Portal module to support interaction among the business community, the public, the State Regulatory Service, and other government agencies in matters relating to normative legal acts and deregulation

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

1. На Регуляторний портал можна перейти за посиланням: https://regulation.gov.ua/.
2. Впродовж 3-х місяців після прийняття розробленого ДРС проєкту постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про реалізацію експериментального проєкту щодо цифровізації регуляторної діяльності», який листом Мінекономіки від 24.09.2025 за № 3623-02/64834-01 подано на розгляд КМУ, ДРС буде вжито заходів, необхідних для введення в експлуатацію відповідних модулів Регуляторного порталу (надання регуляторним органам методичних рекомендацій, доступів до порталу, проведення навчальних та інших заходів).
3. Виконання заходу залежить від створення нормативного поля, що є обов’язковою умовою для належного функціонування Регуляторного порталу, зокрема, прийняття постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про реалізацію експериментального проєкту щодо цифровізації регуляторної діяльності» (подано Мінекономіки у КМУ 24.09.2025).
4. З огляду на те, що дата завершення заходу настала, показник виконання заходу недосягнутий, захід 2.2.3.2.2 є невиконаний.
