Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
A new comprehensive e-Entrepreneur service has been launched on the Diia portal, which is designed to simplify doing business.
e-Entrepreneur can be used by adult citizens of Ukraine who want to register a company, and existing businesses that want to change/expand the direction of their activity.
e-Entrepreneur offers a set of services for several types of small businesses – cafes, beauty parlors, points of sale, IT firms, or some other type of activity. The questionnaire specifies the details of services to make it easier for you to decide. The application is automatically sent to public authorities after business registration.
You can use the service at any stage of starting or developing a business.
New and existing entrepreneurs can access 10 services with one application, namely:
1. State registration of an individual entrepreneur.
2. State registration of changes to information about an individual entrepreneur contained in the Unified State Register.
3. Registration of the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of the business entity with the requirements of the legislation on fire safety.
4. State registration of the facilities of food market operators.
5. State registration of the creation of an LLC under a model charter.
6. State registration of an LLC transitioning to operation under a model charter.
7. Posting job openings.
8. Registration/transition to the simplified taxation system.
9. Registration as a payer of the value-added tax.
10. Opening a bank account.
