The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine continues to provide updated information on the effectiveness of the implementation of the measure.
Thus, according to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, nineteen meetings of the Interagency Group on Issues of Accelerated Revision of Instruments of Government Regulation of Business were held (18 meetings on the review of instruments, 1 meeting on the review of control functions of authorities).
As a result of this work:
1. 1323 instruments of government regulation of business of 20 central executive authorities were reviewed:

- National Commission for the State Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radiofrequency Spectrum and the Provision of Postal Services - 22,
- Administration of State Service of Special Commucations and Information Protection of Ukraine - 18,

The Interagency Group reviewed 100 percent of the total number of instruments of government regulation of business scheduled for review at its meetings and approved the minutes of its meetings.
About a third of the reviewed instruments are to be cancelled. The proposals of the Interagency Group were sent to the concerned authorities.
2. 6 areas of state control over the transport of goods and passengers by sea, river, rail, road, air, and postal services were reviewed.
During the monitoring of the implementation of the measure, scheduled to be implemented in August 2023, it was found that it was fully implemented, but with a delay.
