Implementing status

Progress/Result of implementation:

1. The State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine and the Business Ombudsman's Council signed the Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation dated February 20, 2023. As stated by the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, according to the Memorandum, the parties agreed to cooperate in the implementation of state policy in the area of implementation of projects/measures for the restoration and reconstruction of Ukraine's infrastructure. The Council will help to improve the conditions for business involvement in the recovery projects and act as a mediator in business relations with the state.

2. The Business Ombudsman's Council also signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine on December 14, 2023.

3. Overall, the following memorandums have been signed since the Business Ombudsman's Council was established:

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine dated November 12, 2019;

- Memorandum of Partnership with the State Tax Service of Ukraine dated November 6, 2019;

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the State Customs Service of Ukraine dated November 6, 2019;

- Memorandum of Partnership with the Security Service of Ukraine dated September 11, 2017;

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the National Agency on Corruption Prevention dated September 22, 2016 (on January 27, 2023, the Additional Agreement to the Memorandum was signed; the Additional Agreement formalises the established practice of systematic provision of information by the Council on corruption-prone areas of interaction with public authorities that require increased attention due to the significant volume of complaints received by the Council in the relevant areas);

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the National Police of Ukraine dated September 7, 2016;

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the Kyiv City State Administration dated June 14, 2016;

- Memorandum of Cooperation and Information Exchange with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated June 7 2016;

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine dated January 26, 2016;

- Memorandum of Partnership with the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine dated October 12, 2015;

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated September 15, 2015;

- Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation with the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine dated July 7, 2015.
