2.2.4.1.3. Considering the conclusions and recommendations based on the findings of the analytical study indicated in subclause 2.2.4.1.1 while drafting the normative legal act indicated in subclause 1.1.3.1.2

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:

The legislative and executive branches of government have introduced a structured and effective policy analysis process in their decision-making procedures as part of state policymaking, continued systemic analysis of market regulation and implementation of recommendations based on its findings

Виконавцем заходу 2.2.4.1.1. щодо забезпечення проведення аналітичного дослідження з наданням висновків та рекомендацій органам державної влади є НАДС.
Протягом 1 кварталу 2024 року відповідних висновків та рекомендацій від НАДС до Мін'юсту не надходило, що унеможливило вчасне виконання заходу.
