2.2.4.1.7. Supporting the consideration of the Draft Law of Ukraine On Public Consultations (registration number 4254 dated October 23, 2020) in the Parliament of Ukraine (particularly if the President of Ukraine vetoes the draft law)

The legislative and executive branches of government have introduced a structured and effective policy analysis process in their decision-making procedures as part of state policymaking, continued systemic analysis of market regulation and implementation of recommendations based on its findings

05 березня 2021 року Верховна Рада України схвалила у першому читанні проєкт Закону України «Про публічні консультації» (реєстр. № 4254 від 23 жовтня 2020 року, внесений Кабінетом Міністрів України). Згідно з Постановою Верховної Ради України від 05 вересня 2023 року № 3369-ІХ законопроект включений до порядку денного десятої сесії Верховної Ради України дев’ятого скликання.
Міністерство юстиції України повідомляє, що воно здійснює супровід зазначеного законопроекту у комітетах та на пленарних засіданнях Верховної Ради України.
