On July 18, 2023, the Law of Ukraine On Service in Local Self-Government Bodies (No. 3077-IX) was signed by the President of Ukraine and published in the official publication Voice of Ukraine dated July 20, 2023 - No. 16. The law enters into force six months after its publication, but not earlier than six months after the termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.
