2.3.1.5.4. Annual publication of information on the results of involvement of anticorruption NGOs and representatives of the business community

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.3.1.5. When developing and implementing measures towards prevention of corruption in the customs authorities, effective cooperation with the public and business associations has been established, as well as regular monitoring of the work of the customs authorities through periodic surveys of entrepreneurs and customs officers

Державна митна служба України на постійній основі проводить заходи щодо залучення представників громадськості та бізнесу до заходів щодо запобігання та виявлення корупції в Державній митній службі України. Зокрема, запрошувалися долучитися до розробки Антикорупційної програми представники Громадської ради при Держмитслужбі, експерти міжнародних організацій, а також всі охочі шляхом розміщення на офіційному веб-порталі відповідного запрошення.
26.06.2023 питання ухвалення та реалізації заходів Антикорупційної програми Держмитслужби на 2023 – 2025 роки було розглянуто на засіданні Громадської ради при Держмитслужбі.
27.06.2023 проведено робочу зустріч з експертами EU4PFM, в ході якої здійснено обговорення положень Антикорупційної програми та реалізації заходів щодо запобігання та протидії корупції в Держмитслужбі.
У зв’язку із змінами організаційної структури Державної митної служби України та з метою отримання пропозицій громадськості та міжнародних експертів готується відповідний проект змін до Антикорупційної програми Держмитслужби на 2023 – 2025 роки.
Водночас інформація про опублікування окремих переліків врахованих та не врахованих з обґрунтуванням причин пропозицій громадськості до антикорупційної програми та перелік і результати заходів під час впровадження антикорупційної програми, які були здійснені за участю громадськості та представників бізнесу, відсутня.
