According to the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine: "The Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine has made preliminary financial and economic calculations on the amount of funding for the subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the development of comprehensive plans for the spatial development of territories of territorial communities, but they were not included in the budget request for 2024. Pilot projects for the development of comprehensive plans are being implemented at the expense of international technical assistance. Proposals for amendments to the SAСP have been submitted."
Taking into account the information provided by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, the relevant financial and economic calculations were carried out and sent to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in the budget request for 2024-2026 by letter dated August 16, 2023 13468/34/10-23.
Therefore, this measure was completed on time and in full.
