2.5.7.1. Amendments have been made to the land legislation, which provide for transparent mechanisms for the sale of state-owned and municipally owned land plots or rights to them through electronic auctions

2.5.7. Lack of a procedure for the sale of state-owned and municipally owned land plots or rights to them (lease, superficies, emphyteusis) through electronic auctions in the conditions of free circulation of agricultural land
