Measure
2.5.8.1.1.
Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law that, inter alia, proposes to:
1) improve the normative legal regulation of free transfer of land into private ownership of citizens;
2) preserve the right to free transfer into citizens’ private ownership of the land plots that had been made available to them for use prior to 2002 and which are occupied by their residential buildings and utility structures.
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.5.8.1. Land legislation has been amended to transform free privatization of land plots into other forms of social support for the population (with the preservation of the right to free privatization of land plots granted for use to citizens before 2002)
