The State Property Fund of Ukraine developed the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Approval of the Procedure for Holding Electronic Auctions to Sell Assets of Major Privatization, harmonaized it with the concerned authorities in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 18, 2007 No. 950 (with amendments), received the opinion of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and submitted Draft Resolution to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for review. At its meeting on February 21, 2023, the Government adopted Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On Approval of the Procedure for Holding Electronic Auctions to Sell Assets of Major Privatization No. 183.
