На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3. (2) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки Вінницькою обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено про те, що виконання вказаного заходу нерозпочато з огляду на те, що наказ Агентства відновлення відсутній у відкритому доступі. Про те на виконання постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 16 грудня 2020 року №1266 оприлюднюється обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі, його очікуваної вартості та/або розміру бюджетного призначення на офіційному сайті державного підприємства «Служба місцевих автомобільних доріг у Вінницькій області», яке є особою публічного права, засноване на державній власності і належить до сфери управління Вінницької обласної державної адміністрації.
У свою чергу, постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 21 жовтня 2015 року № 835 передбачається перелік відкритих даних, що мають бути оприлюдненими, у тому числі й обласними державними адміністраціями.
При аналізі Єдиного державного порталу відкритих даних встановлено, що Вінницькою обласною державною адміністрацією забезпечується оприлюднення, зокрема таких наборів відкритих даних, як:
- даних, щодо об'єктів будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту автомобільних доріг;
- перелік автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення;
- схеми планування територій областей.
Таким чином, можна констатувати, що захід 2.5.10.1.3. (2) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки Вінницькою обласною державною адміністрацією виконується.
