The system for evaluating the performance of prosecutors is operating as part of the electronic human resources management system (e-HR) of prosecutorial authorities.

Наказом Генерального прокурора від 29.12.2021 № 407 (зі змінами) затверджено Положення про систему оцінювання якості роботи прокурорів, яке не набрало чинності.
Наказом Генерального прокурора від 25 грудня 2023 року № 336 продовжено оцінювання якості роботи прокурорів у тестовому режимі на 2024 рік в окремих структурних підрозділах Офісу Генерального прокурора, Житомирській обласній прокуратурі та окружних прокуратурах Житомирської області. Так, у січні 2024 року відбувся перший етап оцінювання, на якому проводилось визначення прокурорами завдань відповідно до службових обов'язків та заповнення плану професійного (кар’єрного) розвитку на поточний рік.
