За інформацією Міністерства економіки України: «Заступником Міністра економіки України Олексієм Соболевим взято участь у Конференції «Від Лугано до Лондона: бачення доброчесного бізнесу відбудови України», яка була організована Всеукраїнською Мережею Доброчесності та Комплаєнсу UNIC та RISE. Також 15.12.2023 директором департаменту інвестицій Міністерства економіки України на запрошення Всеукраїнської Мережі Доброчесності та Комплаєнсу (UNIC) взято участь у семінарі та дискусії «Як стандарти та інструменти по боротьбі з хабарництвом Організації економічного співробітництва та розвитку (далі - ОЕСР) будуть підтримувати доброчесне ведення бізнесу в Україні». Семінар проводився в рамках серії заходів, які ОЕСР планує організувати для бізнес-спільноти в Україні в межах Проєкту підтримки протидії корупції в Україні. Зокрема під час семінару взято участь у дискусії «Обговорення за правилами chatham house: пропозиції від бізнесу, щодо спільних дій з Урядом у приєднанні до та імплементації Конвенції щодо боротьби з хабарництвом». В рамках дискусії поінформовано про роботу Міністерства в напрямі співпраці з ОЕСР та виконання Програми ОЕСР для України, а також роботи НКП щодо популяризації та імплементації оновлених Керівних принципів ОЕСР з відповідального ведення бізнесу.
Впродовж звітного періоду (січень-березень 2024 року) представники Міністерства економіки України до участі у заходах щодо доброчесності та комплаєнс не залучалися».
