The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine developed and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for review the Draft Resolution On Approval of the Methodology for Determining the Ultimate Beneficial Owner by a Legal Entity (letter of the Ministry of Finance dated September 14, 2023 No. 26120-02-3/25047). The Methodology for Determining the Ultimate Beneficial Owner by a Legal Entity was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine dated September 19, 2023 No. 1011.
