The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine developed the draft of joint order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine On Approval of the Procedure for the Relaying by the Holder of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Associations of Information on Discrepancies in Information about Ultimate Beneficial Owners and the Structure of Ownership of Legal Entities Received by the Entity of Primary Financial Monitoring as a Result of the Due Diligence of the Legal Entity and Corresponding Information Published in the Specified Register and about the Entity of Primary Financial Monitoring which Discovered such Discrepancies to the Specially Authorized Agency.
