a) real rights have been registered with respect to 100 percent of land plots reflected on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service, and the Security Service of Ukraine, and other users of defense land (30 percent);
b) information about 100 percent of defense land has been included in the dedicated layer of information on defense land with a breakdown by land users on the Public Cadastral Map (10 percent).
