A new mechanism was introduced to meet the housing needs of servicemen: state mortgage and leasing programs are used; monetary compensation is applied; housing is built with the involvement of external credit funds; a list of unfinished construction projects that have been reconstructed for housing needs has been determined; the Housing Code of Ukraine has been repealed 2.6.4.2.1 Developing a draft order of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approving the Concept for Providing Military Personnel and Their Family Members with Housing, which provides for: 1) implementation of new mechanisms for satisfying the housing needs of military personnel, particularly state loan programs for construction, mortgage and leasing programs; 2) identification and justification of priority measures to reduce queues in such areas as construction, procurement, reconstruction, monetary compensation, mortgage, etc.; 3) implementation of information communication system of military personnel housing accounting to satisfy their housing needs.
