Conducting legal monitoring activities: systemic, comprehensive efforts aimed at overseeing, analyzing, and assessing the effectiveness of enforcement of sector-specific legislation that governs social relations in sectors outlined in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy, with a view to identifying issues and shortcomings and, by extension, needs for continued improvement of legislation

Conflicts, gaps, and other factors fostering corruption, which contribute to ambiguous interpretation and violation of the principle of legal certainty as well as corruption risks have been eliminated in the domain of anticorruption efforts and in the priority sectors identified in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy

Відповідно до пункту 1.1.3.3.1., МОЗ продовжує "здійснення заходів правового моніторингу — систематичної, комплексної діяльності, спрямованої на спостереження, аналіз та оцінку ефективності застосування галузевого законодавства, що регулює суспільні відносини у сфері охорони здоров’я Антикорупційної стратегії, з метою виявлення проблем та недоліків. Моніторинг процесу визначення потреб та обліку лікарських засобів, надання медичної допомоги із застосуванням трансплантації, електронної системи охорони здоров’я та процедури добору кадрів у закладах охорони здоров’я".
