Conducting legal monitoring activities: systemic, comprehensive efforts aimed at overseeing, analyzing, and assessing the effectiveness of enforcement of sector-specific legislation that governs social relations in sectors outlined in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy, with a view to identifying issues and shortcomings and, by extension, needs for continued improvement of legislation

Conflicts, gaps, and other factors fostering corruption, which contribute to ambiguous interpretation and violation of the principle of legal certainty as well as corruption risks have been eliminated in the domain of anticorruption efforts and in the priority sectors identified in Section 3 of the Anticorruption Strategy

Міністерство охорони здоров’я України надає іфнормацію щодо виконання розділу 3.7 Охорона здоров’я, освіта і наука та соціальний захист Антикорупційної стратегії на 2021–2025 роки (файл додається до джерел).
Водночас у наданій МОЗ інформації відсутні відомості щодо здійснення систематичної, комплексної діяльності, спрямованої на спостереження, аналіз та оцінку ефективності застосування галузевого законодавства, що регулює суспільні відносини у сферах, визначених розділом 3 Антикорупційної стратегії, з метою виявлення проблем та недоліків, а отже, і потреб у його подальшому вдосконаленні, що передбачено заходом 1.1.3.3.1.
Таким чином, у зв’язку із настанням строку виконання заходу та недосягненням показника його виконання, захід є невиконаним.
