Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
The analytical study aimed at improving decision-making procedures in the area of state policy-making in the legislative and executive branches was conducted and conclusions and recommendations were provided to the public authorities.
The key circumstances that prevented the timely implementation of the measure were
- the complexity and breadth of the research subject;
- a significant amount of regulatory and empirical material that had to be analyzed, compared and summarized;
- the difficulty of engaging external experts to participate in the study.
Due to this, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service approached the National Agency on Corruption Prevention with a proposal to postpone the implementation of the task for six months.
