3.3.3.7.1. Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law that institutes separate grounds for bringing ARMA employees to disciplinary liability in the event of deliberate or negligent violation of the established procedure for appointing an asset manager; a violation of the established procedure for inspecting the effectiveness of management of seized assets handed over to ARMA for management; failure to respond or violation of the established procedure for responding to information received and/or established facts of improper management of assets or attempts by the manager to dispose of assets.

На виконання відповідного заходу Національне агентство України з питань виявлення, розшуку та управління активами, одержаними від корупційних та інших злочинів розробило та 09.01.2024 подало Кабінету Міністрів України проект закону.
30.01.2024 проект закону направлено до Верховної Ради України (реєстр. № 10451 від 31.01.2024).
17.07.2025 законопроект реєстр. № 10451 від 31.01.2024 знято з розгляду (відкликано відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 105 Закону України "Про Регламент Верховної Ради України" у зв'язку з припиненням повноважень Кабінету Міністрів України).
Тому у зв'язку з недосягненням показника (індикатора) виконання, відповідний захід не може вважатись виконаним повністю.
