The hardware required for the operation of the system for secure electronic data exchange between ARMA, prosecutorial agencies, and pretrial investigation authorities to be used for real-time transmission of queries to ARMA and prompt notification about the discovery of assets mentioned in the query, the discovery of assets subject to seizure, etc., has been deployed.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status

Програмне забезпечення розроблено та запроваджено необхідне технічне обладнання для функціонування електронної захищеної системи обміну інформацією між АРМА, органами прокуратури та органами досудового розслідування (далі - Система) для оперативного надсилання запитів до АРМА та оперативного інформування про виявлення активів, яких стосувався запит, виявлення активів, які підлягають арешту, тощо.
Факт виконання заходу підтверджено знімками з екрану, що демонструють функціонування Системи. Зазначені матеріали АРМА надало у внутрішній частині Інформаційної системи моніторингу реалізації державної антикорупційної політики.
З огляду на досягнення показника (індикатора) виконання, відповідний захід може вважатись таким, що виконаний повністю.
АРМА також повідомляє, що повноцінно Систему можна вводити в промислову експлуатацію тільки після розробки та затвередження Положення, яке станом на момент звітування розробляють та погоджують.
