Проект Закону України «Про внесення змін до Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та інших законодавчих актів України щодо міжнародного співробітництва під час кримінального провадження» внесено Кабінетом Міністрів України на розгляд Верховної Ради України 15.09.2022 (р.н. 8038).
21.07.2023 законопроект розглянуто на Комітеті Верховної Ради України з питань правоохоронної діяльності.
За результатами розгляду Комітет ухвалив рішення рекомендувати Верховній Раді України повернути законопроект суб'єкту права законодавчої ініціативи на доопрацювання.
Міністерством юстиції України розробило законопроект «Про внесення змін до Кримінального процесуального кодексу України та інших законодавчих актів України щодо міжнародного співробітництва під час кримінального провадження», який є доопрацьованою версією законопроекту від 15.09.2022 № 8038.
За інформацією, наданою Міністерством юстиції України, вище зазначений доопрацьований законопроект у встановленому законом порядку внесено на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України.
