An analysis on the feasibility of continued narrowing down of the substantive jurisdiction of the High Anticorruption Court through an increase in the scale of the object of the crime or the harm caused by it was prepared and published. The analysis is included in the Monitoring Report of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for 2023.
