2.7.4.1.1.
Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on approval of the Regulation on the single website of vacancies at state and municipal healthcare institutions, which stipulates that:
1) open access to the website shall be granted in keeping with the requirements of legislation on the protection of personal data;
2) the website must contain complete information about all available vacancies along with the names and addresses of the relevant healthcare institutions;
3) the website must publish information about the dates of the competitive selection process, the deadline and address for submission of the application for the position;
4) recruitment for vacant positions (including managerial positions) at state and municipal healthcare institutions is carried out exclusively through the website;

In order to implement the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.4.1.1. of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine reported that: "the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 29, 2024 No. 358 On Approval of the Regulation on the Unified Web Portal of Vacancies in State and Municipal Healthcare Institutions and Amendments to the Procedure for Holding a Competition for the Position of the Head of a State or Municipal Healthcare Institution was approved". It should be noted that Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 29, 2024 No. 358 is in line with the State Anti-Corruption Programme, in particular, the latter, which stipulates that:
1) open access to the website shall be granted in keeping with the requirements of legislation on the protection of personal data 2) the website must contain complete information about all available vacancies along with the names and addresses of the relevant healthcare institutions;
3) the website must publish information about the dates of the competitive selection process, the deadline and address for submission of the application for the position;
4) recruitment for vacant positions (including managerial positions) at state and municipal healthcare institutions is carried out exclusively through the website.
Thus, we can state that the measure provided for in sublause 2.7.4.1.1. has been implemented, however, given the missed deadlines, the latter is fully implemented, but not in time.
