Drafting a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated July 26, 2001, No. 878, and approving the updated List of Historic Populated Areas of Ukraine based on the results of the activities indicated in subclause 2.5.2.1.2

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.5.2.1. Cultural heritage sites have been inventoried, and the inventory findings have been used to update the list of historic populated areas; the electronic register of cultural heritage sites has been populated with data and made public
Problem solving:
2.5.2. The absence of public information on cultural heritage sites and conflicts in urban development and landmark protection laws result in abuses and development of cultural heritage sites.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За інформацією, наданою Міністерством культури та стратегічних комунікацій України (далі - МКСК) за I квартал 2025 року як звітний період:
«Продовжується підготовка проекту постанови Кабінету Міністрів України, здійснюється обробка пропозицій від уповноважених органів охорони культурної спадщини. Проект постанови буде подано після внесення змін до Порядку визнання населеного місця історичним п.п. 2.5.2.1.1.
Направлено листи на НАЗК та на адресу Прем’єр-міністра України щодо необхідності внесення змін до ДАП ... зокрема щодо необхідності перенесення строків виконання заходу.
З огляду на затримку виконання заходу 2.5.2.1.1. виконання цього заходу буде можливе тільки після оновлення критеріїв віднесення населеного місця до історичних».
За інформацією, наданою у ІІ кварталі 2025 року як звітний період:
«Виконання буде можливо після виконання заходів передбачених пунктом 2.5.2.1.1 ДАП».
Таким чином, оскільки станом на кінець ІI кварталу 2025 року відповідний проєкт постанови Кабінету Міністрів України не було розроблено, подано Кабінету Міністрів України чи прийнято останнім, та з огляду на сплив строків виконання, вимушені констатувати, що захід 2.5.2.1.3 не виконано.
